To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received them.
Please be aware that if you wish to return an unopened product, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We kindly request that you keep this in mind before initiating a return. Thank you for your understanding.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that we can offer you a discounted return shipping label, which will be deducted from your order refund.

If it’s just not right for you, let us know within 14 days of delivery by submitting a returns request and referencing the Money Back Guarantee. Valid for orders up to MYR500. Please note, that for all eligible refunds, a MYR20 shipping fee and handling fee for Malaysia or MYR10+overseas courier Fee+return handling fee (from courier company) will be deducted.
